1、拉力计不得超载使用，否则会引起永久性损坏。

应保持液压泵清洁。油缸用毕应将活塞缩回，并应经常在活塞杆内外上加油。

油缸工作时底部应摆平放稳，垂直受力。不得超行程工作。

2、加注液压油应干净。

3、被测锚杆所受压力可在压力表上的读数（兆帕MPa）并在换算表中查出相应的总拉力（KN），数显表直读拉力值。
