（1） 本机无外部加油孔。传动箱内蜗轮付、齿轮付及轴承等运动部件每季加二硫化钼润滑脂一次，加油时可分别打开轴承盖，支座与立柱导轨之间，升降机构之间应经常滴入机油润滑，每年保养一次，将本机全部清洗并加注润滑油和润滑脂。

（2） 机器运转时遇有金属撞击噪声，应首先检查搅拌叶与搅拌锅之间的间隙是否正确。

（3） 使用搅拌锅时，要轻拿轻放，不可随意碰撞，以免造成搅拌锅变形。

（4） 当更换新的搅拌锅或叶片时，均应按前述方法调整间隙。

（5） 应经常检查电气绝缘情况，在20℃±5℃相对湿度50%~70%时的冷态绝缘电阻≥5MΩ
