含气量零点（0 %）校正

1、量钵充满水，将[ 引水管 ]旋入上盖底面[ 注水排水阀 ]的螺孔内，然后，将上盖置于量钵上装成一体，旋紧[ 紧固手柄 ] 操作时应逐个螺栓轮换逐次旋紧，最后4个螺旋全部旋紧。

2、关闭[ 微调阀 ]并打开[ 注水排水阀 ][ 排水排气阀 ]。由[ 注水排水阀 ]铜弯管处向量钵中注水，直到量钵中所有空气从[ 排水排气阀 ]赶出为止,操作时，可轻摇量钵以使量钵内空气排出，直至[ 排水排气阀 ]出水，关闭[ 排水排气阀 ]和[ 注水排水阀 ]。

3、用[打气筒]向气室充气，直到指针升到0.1MPa初始压力线为止，（使压力稍大于0.1MPa，然后再微松[ 微调阀 ]排气，指针恰好指定在0.1MPa初始压力刻线上）。此时压力表上的值既为0点值。

1、混凝土最大骨料粒径不得大于40mm。

2、最大含气量测定值8%

3、混凝土量钵尺寸，容积7L，内径与高度比为1∶1。

4、显示仪表：压力值量程0.25MPa、分度值0.005MPa、

5、含气量值量程8%，最小读数0.1%.
